Down for the Count host a prize draw every month for all subscribers to our mailing list.
The winner can choose between two prizes:
- a pair of tickets to an upcoming Down for the Count show, or
- a complete set of Down for the Count CDs

How the draw works
On the first day of each calendar month, all subscribers to our Mailing List are entered into a prize draw. Each subscriber is given a number, and we use Google's random number generator to randomly select one winner. That winner will be contacted by email and will have 12 months to claim their prize.
Only people subscribed to the mailing list on the first day of the calendar month will be entered in to that month's prize draw.
Terms and conditions
The winner can choose one of the following two prizes:
1. Concert tickets:
- Two tickets to a live show produced by Down for the Count Ltd in the 12 calendar months from the competition date. In practice this means you'll be able to choose between most of our "self-promoted" theatre and concert hall shows. Generally speaking we are not able to offer you tickets to particular special events (such as festivals) and other events which are produced/organised by a promoter other than Down for the Count Ltd.
- In some circumstances it may not be possible to give you tickets to the show of your choice, for example if that show has sold out, or if we have already allocated all the available producer tickets for that show. In that scenario, we will endeavour to offer you tickets to another suitable show.
- Please note that whilst we will endeavour to accommodate any requests regarding seating arrangements and where you will be sat in the venue, this cannot be guaranteed.
- Please note that we are not able to refund any tickets you may have already purchased.
2. Recorded discography:
- As an alternative prize you can choose to receive a set of all of the Down for the Count albums available at the time of the competition, which will either be delivered by post or will be available for you to collect at the merchandise table at an upcoming show.
The decision to award any prize is solely at the discretion of Down for the Count Ltd. It is not possible to exchange any prize for cash. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date that the competition winner is notified by email. E&OE.
